Cedar has offered and has worked with multiple financing solutions, in the form of

  • bonds, including tax-exempt bonds,
  • loan syndication, bank and credit union loans,
  • bridge to HUD, Agency Debt,
  • tax credits, including New Markets Tax Credits,
  • ground leases and guarantors.
